Brick work is coming along.

As I drove past the chapel construction site today, I pulled off of the highway and took this photo of the brickwork. It is really moving along. Warmer weather will help, I am sure. Today it is 51 degrees.

February 15, 2012: Inside the Church Building

Here are several photos of the interior of the chapel that were taken around 11:30 today, February 15th 2012.

Thermal Windows...they do not open.

I think Paul and Rex wish they were going to be attending Primary in this great new space!

Walkway up above will be closed in as storage area for mechanical equipment, I think.

February 15, 2012: Paul Currit and Rex Helton visit the Chapel

Well now, Paul Currit and Rex Helton went to church today....all dressed up in their finest! We took a tour of the building and things are moving along. Here are some shots of the interior. You can sort out which entrance is which, which end of the building is the chapel and which is the recreation hall area, et cetera. It will be a beautiful place to worship the Savior. I am excited.

This next photo is looking toward the recreation area.

Here are Paul and Rex entering the building:

January/February 2012: Walls Up, Roof and Shingles On

Looks like things just keep moving ahead. This is exciting as you can start to see where things will be.

January 2012: Don't let a little snow stop you!

Now things are going to get messy...snow has held off until the roof is on and protection is in place for all to move ahead on the interior.

November/December 2011: Wall and Roof....Moving Along.

It is amazing how well things have gone. Here are several other photos that fit in the scheme of things so far......First the walls up and then the trusses and the roof.
WOW......
